The Sculpt Studio is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that focuses on muscular strength and endurance. Our workouts combine strength, core, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility within each class and are suitable to all levels of fitness.
We offer two different class types: (1) A 50 minute Megaformer Class which is a full body workout that brings the most challenging elements of pilates and combines them with strength training. And (2) a Hybrid Class which consists of 25 minutes on the Megaformer and 20 minutes of heart pumping intervals on the Woodway Curve treadmill, taking it to a whole new intensity level.
