Jamie has an absolute love and enthusiasm for health and fitness and helping you achieve your health goals. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, and a master’s degree in Health Education. Jamie is a certified personal trainer and has been training for almost 20 years. She has also been teaching for almost 15 years, and has multiple certifications in pilates, barre, yoga, strength training and bootcamp. After learning the Lagree method at Sculpt Studio, it is now her favorite form of fitness! Jamie loves how the classes help improve balance, posture, spinal stability, and total body strength. Jamie’s classes provide a safe and effective workout that is high intensity, low impact, focuses on proper alignment and descriptive cueing, all while having fun in “embracing the shake!” Jamie loves to run, workout, read, cook, travel, and spend time with her husband and three children. Jamie’s favorite move is the curtsy lunge, as she loves how it challenges the stabilizer muscles and balance.
