Jacquelyn Brisson RYT 200

Fitness has always been a part of my life and as a registered yoga teacher, discovering the Lagree method has been a great addition to my teaching journey. My philosophy in teaching is to help expand and deepen one’s fitness goals while incorporating proper alignment, descriptive cueing, and finding breath in all movements. I love Lagree because it challenges both the mind and body and there is always opportunity to push yourself a little further.

I love a tough leg series so the Spider Lunge is one of my leg favorites!

Lori Wilson

Lori is a New Orleans native who loves to combine fitness and fun. As a former dancer, she discovered the Lagree Method to be in sync with her own personal style of fitness. She is passionate about helping you achieve your personal goals while transforming your body and mindset. Her classes offer creative sequencing while emphasizing the importance of proper alignment in an upbeat and personable atmosphere. She loves to run, travel, and spend time with her husband and two boys. Lori can't wait to have you in class so you too can "embrace the shake!" Teaser is her favorite move since she loves a great oblique series.

Cyndi Johnson

Cyndi Johnson has been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years and has multiple certifications in yoga (200 RYT), cycling, strength-training, bootcamp, and pilates. After learning the Lagree method at Sculpt Studio, it quickly became her favorite fitness format! She approaches every 50-minute class with the same goals: keep it simple, effective, and positive. Cyndi’s favorite Megaformer exercise is Catfish, sometimes sneaking in a push-up for some extra shake! When not designing Lagree classes and playlists, Cyndi can be found refurbishing vintage sewing machines, knitting oversized sweaters, or wrangling her two children and seven pets. She is extremely grateful to be part of the Sculpt Studio family and wants members to leave her classes feeling strong, successful, and super shaky!

Jamie Eikmeier

Jamie has an absolute love and enthusiasm for health and fitness and helping you achieve your health goals. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, and a master’s degree in Health Education. Jamie is a certified personal trainer and has been training for almost 20 years. She has also been teaching for almost 15 years, and has multiple certifications in pilates, barre, yoga, strength training and bootcamp. After learning the Lagree method at Sculpt Studio, it is now her favorite form of fitness! Jamie loves how the classes help improve balance, posture, spinal stability, and total body strength. Jamie’s classes provide a safe and effective workout that is high intensity, low impact, focuses on proper alignment and descriptive cueing, all while having fun in “embracing the shake!” Jamie loves to run, workout, read, cook, travel, and spend time with her husband and three children. Jamie’s favorite move is the curtsy lunge, as she loves how it challenges the stabilizer muscles and balance.
